5、 具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有市政公用工程二級(jí)建造師及其以上資格，并具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核證書；
7、 本項(xiàng)目僅面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
